What should I do first?
Re: What should I do first?
mostly stock guy 332hp stock???? thats what stock 2001 z06 dyno according to my local shop. assuming you have a lid with no plastic ridges in lid if you flip it over. traction would be my suggestion. lca's,panhard, sfc's, then drag radials. after that maybe headers,if emissions permit.
Re: What should I do first?
You need to tell us what you want to do with the car. Then you'll get the right answers. If you're just wanting to add a few horsepower, the lid and cat-back suggestions are good. If you want better handling, look into the 35mm front sway bar for about $175. If you want even better handling, you can get a set of springs for a couple hundred bucks and a set of Koni or Bilstein (my choice) shocks. Those aren't cheap though.
The STB didn't seem to do much for me. But I guess it's good for stiffening the chassis. I don't have SFC's but they are supposed to be good for minimizing chassis flex too.
It all depends on what you want out of the car. Lower Control Arms, torque arm and drag radials will help you launch at the drag strip. But if you don't normally go to the strip, it's a waste.

Re: What should I do first?
First best mod is getting to know the car. Check everything out, see if there are any mods on it currently, just go over it and get familiar. Then get some bench time in it - learn what RPMs it likes and doesn't like. As far as mine goes for acceleration, it more or less hates anything below 3000 RPMs, however with your stock cam it might be that bad. The absolute best mod for any car is the driver mod. A 10 second CAR does not mean it has a 10 second DRIVER behind the wheel
As far as mods go, I would say stay away from SLP and the throttle body, MAF, and the tune of it, until you get more than just bolt ons. The stock throttle body, MAF, and tune will be fine until you are in the 360/370 RWHP area, then you might want to look into a tune. You would be best porting the stock throttle body and MAF housings, rather than WASTING your money buying new ones for like 300-some dollars. You can hit 12s easy for about 500 bucks on a 13.5 second stock car if spent correctly
