are you talking about the slp y-pipe for their headers? or just a replacemt slp y-pipe. both of them won't fit on anything. the first would fit the slp headers, but if you have a stock replacement y-pipe it will not fit any lt's. long tubes are longer and a lot different than the exhaust manifolds.

Each brand of long tube headers has a y-pipe that fits them. They do not interchange with other brands.

Whatever headers you choose, get the same y-pipe.

Pacesetter sells a Y-Pipe that fits there headers, but it is crimped in not 1 but 2 places! But it does fit. Otherwise, you might have to think about a custom job.

Please do not spread mis-information. The Pacesetter Y pipe will only attach to Pacesetter LT's.

I wasn't spreading mis info, just stating that they do make a pipe that fits, but it is a little restrictive. Then I said, if he didn't like that idea of it being crimped, then have something made. Thats all. Chill out.

the only reason for the crimp is so it won't hit the floor pan. there is still 3 inches for it to flow on both sides and thats enough flow for 2 engines so personally, i rather have a crimp than it hitting the floorpan

This is true. I will probably be purchasing the y-pipe soon as well, we will see how my Pacesetters mate to my cutouts then to the SLP y-pipe. I am in the process of installing the drivers side now. I hope my Y fits!

You dont get it, an SLP Y pipe WILL NOT mate to Pacesetter headers. And a Pacesetter Y pipe, WILL NOT mate to SLP headers. These items are not made to be interchangable between brands. And if the SLP Y pipe you are thinking of is the one that replaces the stock flatened Y pipe, that WILL NOT mate to ANY long tube header.
