do i go with just the 25% underdrive pully..or do i have to go with the alternator pulley to? I would rather not do the alternator pulley if it wont make a difference. Also do i need new belts?

well im not running a system or anything..but when i did an alternator pully on my 95..it seemed to strain my voltage system..thats why im curious if i need the pulley or not.
