I would like to go lid and maybe cai, or cutout. Which one should I do? Any other suggestions? I do not race my car just pick on the little ricers at times.

do you have an SS hood?

i would say a SuperSucker RamAir and a decent lid will pick up a good amount of hp. you'll really feel it on the highway.

you could look into some good suspension parts for traction. a set of lowercontrol arms and relocation brackets would do wonders.

If your car is the 2000 or older model year, you might wanna start looking at a LS6 intake and heads. Try Summitt Racing, they have GM LS6 intakes and aftermarket.

if you already have exhaust....

a supersucker ram air and whatever lid you can get cheap or like the look of. they all perform the same.
