What is life after the big 100k...

I have a 2000 ss with 65000 miles on it, mostly highway. but I see that by this time next year i will be well over the 100k mark. I like my car, so far everything but the engine has failed, from AC condensor, Alternator, Power steering....everything connected to the belt. For those of you with LS1's after the 100k mark what is life like. Do you find that the car is more sensitive to breaking down, or do most of you toss another engine in there.

The engine should be fine up to 200,000. You'll probably just have other parts to replace, like the alternator, spark plugs, tensioner, etc.
