What headers for lowered T/A?

I've been looking to get a set of headers for my T/A, but now that i lowered it what are the best headers for it my car is lowered 1.5" has anybody had any problems with MAC's mid length headers? i think long tubes will be to low.

Re: What headers for lowered T/A?

in my experience, pacesetter longtubes tuck up nicely and give very good ground clearance. hookers are also pretty good.

a lot of guys run longtubes and a lowered car so don't worry about it too much. whatever you do thouhg, STAY AWAY FROM SLP LONGTUBES. their ground clearance is pathetic. i talked to a guy one time who had eibach prokit springs and SLP longtubes on his SS. he showed me pictures of him trying to roll an ordinary soda can under the headers....it didn't fit!!!

i bought a set of macs with an offroad y pipe and dual cutouts for my car that's dropped 2".......they are easy to adjust(as far as getting the y-pipe to fit where you want).......i like them a lot, i don't know what i dyno but i just ran a 12.5 at 112 with them......
