Okay I am really considering getting a torque converter. But my question is what other parts will I need for the rest of the car to function proplerly with a new converter. Here's what I've got so far: tranny filter, deep pan, tranny cooler, and possible gears to beef up the rearend. Another question is will my transmission be able to handle all of this or should I be expecting a rebuild in the near future as well? Thanks for the help guys.

 

Not to confuse you, but the parts above are the ones I would purchase to go along with the new converter.

 

How big of a stall is it?

 

I'm thinking 3000 is what I want to go with.
