What does this hose go to? EGR?

What does this hose go to? EGR?
I was doing the plugs on Project '99 SS, and found a hose that was not
hooked up, didnt take much to see where it went - the passenger valve
cover. The hose is at the end of a plastic line, and a 130 degree angle.
The plastic line goes around the back of the engine, and I cant tell to
where after that. There is a "Y" that I can feel also.

It sounds like the PCV system.
The only hose that comes off the passenger side valve cover is the PCV breather, which connects to the throttle body. The hose that runs behind the intake is the PCV itself, which should run to the intake manifold on the passenger side, just behind the throttle body. In that hose near the intake should be the PCV valve.
