Question What do I do first?

I was just recently given my car and have only had it about a month... I want to do mods to it but i dont really know what to do first...

I definitly know i want to get rid of the skip shift and and get new z-rated tires for it... is this a good choice or not

skip shift (cags!) is a good first mod.
And if your car didnt come with z rated tires, it might be factory limited to 120 or somthing.

cat-back exhaust always a must for first mods.imo i think they make a ls1 sound like an ls1 should sound.a better lid and mafs that should all help that ss pull a little tougher than other ss's

Higher speed rating.
Cars with Z rated tires speed limiter = 162
Cars without Z rated speed limiter = 118

simple....

new tires to keep the car stuck to the road...no need to wreck your new car!!

next

easier air in...easier exhaust out

lid, filter
cutout or catback exhaust

new shifter or at least a short stick (have one for sale) to make solid shifts, and a shift light to keep you consistent

just look around most people's sigs...like mine...and get ideas of good bolt ons
