Well looking at your dyno numbers they are looking a bit low for your mods...of course that could be because of your exhaust system. What kind of exhaust, other than the headers, are you running? You might want to upgrade that.
Just for comparo...even though not all cars are the same. I have a 99 SS M6 with Hooker Headers, true dual 2.5" exhaust, lid, filter, 90 shot of nitrous(NOS kit), and LS1edit programming. I dyno'd 330hp and 337 torque on motor, and 413hp and 458 torque on spray. I am thinking your exhaust might be holding you back currently.
