I was wondering what the 35th anniversary edition camaro differs from a regular Z28 2002 model?

Aside from the usual differences between a SS and a Z28, like a few more horses, basically is stripping and badging that makes the 35th aniversary SS Different.

They are all 35th Editions.. you should have a bade on the Radio that says it.. The FireBird/Trans Am has a special edition though that is Yellow with decals, and 35th Anniversary Rims.. But the SS is just SLP add ons.. and the SS 35th has SS on the flap for the T-Tops trunk spot as well.. that's all I've noticed really.

Difference between 2002 Z and 35th is:

SS package
Stripes
Rims
Badging
Patches on the seats
Patch behind the seats
Two tone leather

Which 35th? All 2002's have a "35th Anniversary Package". There is the Anniversary Edition SS Option which has the special stripes, rims, badges... Technically speaking though, all 2002 Camaros have a 35th Anniversary Package, not just the SS's. So, to answer your question, the difference between a "plain" 2002 Z28 and a "35th Z28" is nothing, they are one and the same. The 35th SS Option is another story.

A local Chevrolet dealership that charges way to much for cars had a 2002 Z28. On the window paper it said the the MSRP and then they put plus $5,000 and in writting next to it they wrote "last year model". They expected $5k for it being a 2002!

This same dealership now has a 2002 35th LE, $43k!!!

99BlackSS i know what you talking about, I saw a sticker in additon to the Normal one, that said "Current Market Adjustment" Its BS, these cars were nothing more than left over 2002 WS6 models too. Thats just not right.
