What did you run bone stock or with mild bolt ons?
Re: What did you run bone stock or with mild bolt ons?
2000 Formula hardtop automatic
Bone stock 13.4xs @ 105 in the summer heat
Lid and Loudmouth with the free mods 12.96 @ 107 in the cool fall air
Added a SSRA, Yank ST3500, and ET streets and went 12.15 @ 110 in good air.
And now with all the boltons, heads, cam, some weight reduction I ran the number in the sig.

Re: What did you run bone stock or with mild bolt ons?
Hah yea I wanted one ... Couldnt afford it at the time though. Plus I bought my car totaled with 9,XXX origional miles on it. So with that low mileage ... I couldnt pass it up. I was just wondering though cause I beat one in a quick race to about 80, but I thought he would probably start to gain on me if it went any further lol. That ... And some guy in track kills had a thread going about if he would take a mach 1, but he only ran like 13.8's with catback and lid and I thought that was about half a second slower than it could/would be ...

Re: What did you run bone stock or with mild bolt ons?
Wow ... I didnt realize they responded THAT well to bolt ons ... Hahah holy ****.
This is why I am saving for LE3 heads, BRE cam, and a LE ported intake... lol That should help take the buslengths away and maybe make a few notches in the belt ... maybe ... Actually it should, no one around here ever seems to have modded cars excwept gay rice junk that is slow anyways but still ...
Very impressive guys ...

Re: What did you run bone stock or with mild bolt ons?
I'll post for my friend mwill15, he has a set of pacesetter long tubes, cut out, home-ported TB, lid, and a basic "mail order" tune for the headers.
Last Saturday nght he went 12.48 @ 111.59 on sticky tires. This is a 6-speed car with the stock 70K mile clutch and stock rearend.
My '98 with bolt-ons and a strong rear should go some mid 12 with a great launch on slicks.
