What Converter And Stall To Get On Stock Z

I have a 1998 z28 A4, bone stock but am planning on getting on getting a lid and catback. I am also wondering if a torque converter would help me? If so what brand and what stall should i get for my pretty close to stock setup. If i do extensive mods later will it matter on what converter to get? thanks

a good budget converter is the TCI Street Fighter, I would go with a 3500 stall

Check out Fuddle's converters. They'll build you whatever you want for not too much $$$.

I still love the Vigilante stuff, along with the Yank and Pro-Torque stuff.
3600 stall will be your best bet. Not too much to daily drive with and still enough for future mods.
