Well, I was wrong

So I finally traded my 00 vert today after dealing with the worst dealership in the world (ahem, 430 New Park ave, Hartford, Ct...)and the biggest lemon I have ever had. 6 weeks ago I traded a perfect 99 SS M6 for a 00 SS vert M6 (stupid; I know now I'm over the vert thing) and boy did I fubu

I found after a few days everything was just starting to go. 4 visits later (gone: tranny, rear end, clutch, master cylinder, power steering unit singing me a melody, burning 1 qt oil a week...)to the dealer and they told me several of the problems were inherent to z28s. I did a ton of research and drove a lot of other Z's and started legal action to force them to take it back (they refused after a week and 2 repair visits). They did a total of 5g in work on it-cost me nothing except much frustration and time.

After talking to the states attorney and several other lawyers, I realized it would be many monthes before they took it back. And it would probably cost me thousands; that I MIGHT get back. So I shopped around for a week and found a 2001 SS t-tops, A4, all options( I just wanted power windows... ); so me and the dealer started negotations...., I got it for 20,400 and lost 4k on the Vert However the new one has chrome ZO6 SS rims, upgraded SLP exhaust, and 01s come with LS6 intake . All things I was going to put on the Vert; so really I only lost 2k but this 01 only has 18k on the clock and has 1 yr/18000 warranty! So I think I done real good. And this car is WAY stiffer and a good bit faster than that Vert was. I'm so happy And I don't regret the change from M6 to A4 as many fear. It's a lot easier to drive and I just enjoy the extra velocity
