Warranty Service

I had warranty service for a failed computer twice now. I'm wondering if that's a common problem. Both times the car turns but doesn't start. This last time they thought it was the fuel pump and the fuel pressure not being right. In the end they just replaced the computer and reset the pcm(?)... Has anyone else had this problem before and if so do you think it will happen to me again? The first time it happened was the first year I had my car and this is the 4th year. I hope it doesn't happen after my warranty runs out next year!

Car died on me!

I've been driving my car around for a week after getting it back from the dealer. It's been running fine until today. I'm in first gear after a light and right as i'm starting to go the car dies on me! Sounded like the fuel choked out. I tried to start the car right back up, but no go. I had to put the hazard lights on and sit there cranking it over and over. I did this for a couple minutes, about 10 times and the car finally started up. This is the same problem that's been happening sporadically this past year, but this is the first time it's died on me while driving! Anyone have any clues as to what might be wrong?

Sounds like it is your Fuel Pump overheating and shutting down.. I would take it back to the dealer and have them look at the Fuel Pump...
