Vids of my Z after the h/c swap..

I finished my h/c swap about a month and a half ago now.. Just now finding a way to host the clips.

This is the first time that it was started with the new cam.. It idled almost perfectly.. Sounded pretty damn good too..

Lemme know what you think..

Thanks for the compliments..

Rev Limiter is 6800.. I shift at 6600 w/raptor performance shiftlight

Dyno numbers? still waiting to get it done...

Drivability... After having it tuned, drives almost like stock.. Just have to deal with that sewing machine sound..

How agressive, power wise, is that cam compared to the LS Hot Cam?

It's not even fair to compare this cam to the hot cam.. Direct from thunderracing this cam made 410HP on stock heads and bolt-ons.

I'm sure that I'm making atleast 425... I'd be happy with that much..

You really feel this cam at about 3k rpm.. The car seems to just take off...

Sweet, I will have to look into this cam. I'm looking to buy an LS1 but won't go as overboard with mods like I did my old LT1 I used to have (Nitrous, rear end, DS, bolt-ons, complete rebuild, etc..). Thanks for the info.

You can spray this cam, but it won't have as a great a hit as you would expect..

For nitrous you want a cam with more exhaust duration, and this cam doesn't have that.. So I'm guessing a 100 shot on this cam would equate to about 55-60 HP.. Just a guess..

I'll find out soon..

I haven't added Nittos yet, but with cutting a 2.2 60', I ran the time in my sig.. 12.74@114.84 (street tires)

If I were anywhere other than Hawaii.. I could run at least a 12.5 on street tires and definitely 11's on Nittos..

But here.. I'd be happy running a 12.1- 12.2 on Nittos.. Track conditions are just that terrible..
