Vibration after water pump install

Vibration after water pump install
After installing my water pump, i now have a very slight whobble or vibration at low rpms (~2000 or so). It goes away at higher rpms. Any takers?

Check your connections on the opti and see if they are all tight and on right.

Look at the pulley. Is it straight when turning? Did you screw up any other pulley?

I went ahead and changed both belts at the same time. Bad serpentine belts perhaps? Is there any special process?
