All post 1993 Camaro Z28, SS and Pontiac Formula and Trans Am's are V8s. The above listed vehicles made from 1993-1997 come with the LT1 V8 (275/285hp or 305hp with Ram Air) and the 1998 - 2002 come with the LS1 V8 (305hp or 320hp with Ram Air, and a few special SLP editions were 345hp).

The 1993-1995 base Camaro/Firebird come with a 3.4 V6 (170hp?) while those made 1996-2002 come with the 3.8 V6 (3800 series;200hp).
