I have a 94 LT1 with heads/cam and it will take a stock LS1, anyway, I just test drove a 98 LS1, black with black leather, 6 speed and t tops of course. 79k miles on it, I feel like the clutch will need to be replaced soon even though I grabbed decent rubber. A coupel questions, the CEL came on so I need to get that scanned, the car felt decent, a couple panels didn't line up right so im looking for a carfax if anyone could run it for me.

2G1FP22G1W2120014 if anyone has a carfax please, the front fender and rear hatch don't light up right...and there is writing on the front radiator support that looks junkyardish.

Asking price was 9500 but I talked him down to $8k out the door, does that sound ok?

 

My 98 also has yellow writing on the radiator support, so I think that's normal.

I saw a 98 on LS1.com with about the same miles and without the panel alignment issues. Guy was asking 7k.
