Question Underdrive pulley question?

Can anyone tell me about an underdrive pulley:
1.) What do they do as far as HP?
2.) Are they worth the money?
3.) Would you recommend one?
4.) If so, where can I get one?
5.) What are the pros and cons?

Thanks, I know that's alot of questions, but I'm clueless about them.

I have the ASP pulley.

1. I didn't dyno before and after, and it made more of a difference in the butt-dyno than a catback or FIPK did.
2. I think it is worth it.
3. Yes
4. Thunder Racing
5. More power, spins the accessories slower. If you have an A4 and/or a lot of accessories (stereo), get the overdrive alternator pulley. Spinning the power steering pump slower will extend it's life.
