Turn Signal Flasher location-- HEEELP!!!!

Has anyone ever changed their turn signal flasher. I have a 99 SS and I cannot find it anywhere. I found the HAZZARD flasher to the left of the steering column in a clip. Please help if you know exactly where the TURN SIGNAL FLASHER is located. Thanks.

Thumbs up This guy has a '96, but I can't imagine it being any different on our cars !

See here:

The last one or two steps & pictures show the turn signal flasher.

His idea about turning on the signals & then following the noise is
perfect simplicity !!

Anyway, hope this helps.
