well how deep into 12s do you want? because if your a good driver you shouldnt have a problem getting 12s on an intake and full exhaust with a tire

With an automatic you could get in the bottom 12s with a TC, tires, lid, and headers out a good catback. A stick car is much harder because of the possible rear breakage which would shoot your whole $2500.

TC= Torque converter... and he means a aftermarket one with a higher stall ratio.

Man I wish I could afford an LS1 at 16... you're a lucky guy!
Anyways, read a bit, LS1's run 12's ALMOST stock... a mod or two and you'll be good.

depending on the car you may not need the tire, I went 12.8 with good weather, bald street tires, a lid and a cutout.

You can't even pay half the price of a supercharger with the $2500 you say you'll have, let alone do the supporting mods, fuel system, and etc.

All of your posts "how do I get in the 11s" or "how do I get in the 12s" have been answered SEVERAL times on this forum. Please take advantage of the search engine before you ask these questions multiple times. You need to be more specific in your posts.

I would also recommend you reads some of the LS1 engine guides and other mod guides posted here so you understand how these changes work, what they do, and how they affect performance vs driveability.
