I was wanting to run a true dual set up with bullet mufflers x pie and turn downs does any one have or know of a pic of this set up?

 

Lane's Performance sells kits but they are expensive. Just search for "True Duals" there really are a ton of posts out there about it and most have pics.

 

You said expensive, I asked someone on another board and they said the same thing, what exactly is expensive? Are we talking an average estimate of $500 or $1500? If its the latter Ill just buy the parts myself...

 

If you already have the headers, it is not that expensive. My buddy just did true duals on his lt1. He bought an x pipe, and had a local shop fab the rest. He spent around $300 (excluding the price of the headers).

 

I have a place that will do it for 150 that includes fabbing a x pipe bending the pipes wellding and doing turn downs I just have to buy the mufflers

 

you want mandrel bent tubing. i don't think they will do that at thier shop. they probably do a compression bend, and you don't want those. you should ask and make sure you get mandrel bent tubing.

I think I have seen you at Shadyside, and crusing gastonia, I drive the red Iroc with a cowl hood and welds, I also have a 00' SS and would like to buy your loudmouth if you are going to part with it when you get the duels. Let me know next time you go to cruise, I notice you are with several other f-bodies most of the time I see you, Mabye we could meet up and cruise.
