Trickflow cam

Looking at getting a Trickflow cam and wondering which one is better for a DD, 220/224 or 228/230 or either one?

I'm getting ready to put a cam in my 99 Z28 with shorty headers;it's my DD. Ive got a custom spec cam from EPS 222/234 115lsa +3., hopefully I'll get it put in before feb.14th.

IMO, look for a cam somewhere between those two.
Like a EPS 222/226 , a FMS- F5-114 (226/230), or FMS- F6-114(224/228).

I like the FMS-F13 for a DD with some sick power.

Both of those cams were designed for the Trick Flow heads. Not that they won't work with stock heads, but there are better options available.

Keep in mind that cam choice is going to affect the stall speed of the required aftermarket torque converter.
