Which tranny do they put in the LS1 Fbods?

I've cooked my tranny in my 94 Z28 (stock 4L60-E) and I'm planning on just trading this Z in and upgrading to an LS1 - what tranny do they put in this beast and what are they rated to handle in the terms of HP and tq? Thanks gang!

Get a 6sp.. I went through 6 autos (all 4L60E's) so I went straight for a M6 since I knew that they were stronger and easier to work on.

Tell that to everyone who's had had to rebuild them with less than 400rwhp. Quite a few people in my club have had problems with the Tremec T56 and I know they're not the only ones. It doesn't take much to break them, just a little power and a little abuse.
