tire size, will it flare out?

hihi,

its about time to get rid of the salad shooters and ive been eyeing some z06 10 spokes: 17x9.5 front, 18x10.5 rear.

from what ive read i think some people might have mentioned wheel spacers for the 18x's in the read and also having to knock out the wheel wells a little so they wouldnt rub. i wouldnt mind having to knock them out a bit but i WILL not drive a vehicle with tires flaring out of the wells on the sides.. that looks so "asian importish.." IMO..

so will the 18x10.5's tuck in nice and tight in the back and be ok? anyone running this setup?

/tek.

Zo6 wheels here... 17x9.5 in the front 18x10.5 in the rear....
even with the spacers on the rear- they are still tucked in and no rubbing
