Post Time to replace my clutch, need suggestions...

I am looking at the SLP Clutch package with the lightweight billet steel flywheel for around $850.

Currently my 99SS is pretty much stock, mods in the sig. After a bad night at the track, I think I have a slipping clutch (car has 61,000 miles).

Is this a good clutch to go with? I am most likely going to have it installed, any idea what I should expect someone to charge? I live in the Louisville area, so if ya know a good place let me know!

I don't think I want to drop the $1000+ on a Mcleod, I was looking at the centerforce clutch and all together it looks like it's about $740 for the parts.

I don't think I will ever get my car above 400rwhp so I don't need anything huge. I do race alot and want a clutch that will last.

What would you recommend?

Future mods will most likely be headers, and some type of cylinder head and cam package when my car is paid off.
