Tie Rod end.

Does anyone know the torque specs on the driver side outter end of the tie rod of a 99 Z? Thanks in advance.

Tight. Give it a good yank, then line up the castle nut and use a new cotter pin. No torque speck necessary. Inner nut is just tight. When tightened, it can not back out.
