ticking from passenger coil pack

my dad just finished up putting his car all back together after heads/cam package. The engine has been running good for about two weeks. today he took it out for the first time, the ses light came on scanned it and pulled a code 157. this is an o2 code. we lifted up the hood and there is a ticking noise coming from around the passenger side coil packs. when you touch the metal that secures the coil packs, it will shock you. he changed his plugs/wires when putting the car back together. cant figure out what this ticking is. also if there is bad spark to one of the cylinders, couldnt that cause the car to run rich setting off the o2 code? btw the car is a 2000 z28

Not sure what your problem is ...but a word of caution, I washed out a cylinder when a coil pack went bad ...
