I managed to get about 30 MPG last month. I was coming back from Idaho on I-90. I was doing no lower than 70 MPH and was usually doing about 78 MPH. Never downshifted from 6th gear.

When I'm going all city driving, I usually get 16 MPH.

Talking You 6 speed guys make me sick !!

Best A4 mileage to date = 24 - that's w/ a 2800 stall cruising @ around 75 - 80 .

We took a round trip in the Saturn this weekend, and w/ it's V6 & auto it's best was 25.8 MPG , but it only has 2500 miles on it so it's still breaking in.

My worst SS mileage so far was 11.6 !!

That was right after I got it back from the dealer - they had to reflash the PCM , and I figured it was a good time to teach it how I like to drive !!

Later !

In city driving I usually average 16-17, but on the highway I'll get about 25-27.
Good enough for me.

What's the price of premium 93 in your neck of the woods? I've been paying $1.62 at Amoco. Palm Beach County tacks on an added extra tax per gallon - thank you very much. As if they don't make enough money off of all the millionaires in Boca and Palm Beach???

Texas adds an additional 40 cents per gallon tax - D'OH !!!

At any rate, our price is around $ 1.42/gallon (taxes included) - one of the local grocery chains offers between 3 - 6 cents off that when you use their card & their station.

Ahh, well - after all the other $'s I've spent (tires, mods, repairs) the gas price doesn't seem all that bad !!

Later !

I pay $1.50+ for 91 octane. You cant even get 93 at the 7 or 8 gas stations in this town. I just love living in Nebraska...

$1.60 for 94 octane Sunoco, which is good currently getting around 12-14 MPG all city driving with heavy foot.

I am in Lincoln and they have 92 here but it is a rare find. Premium is basically known as 91 here. I wish we had the 93 and 94 like some of the other states...

Put over $43 in the Z28 a couple weeks ago. Ugh. Time to take out the 2.73's and put in some 2.59 or 2.41's.

Jeebus Gord! What are you paying per gallon there?????

At any rate, I tend to see anywhere from 17-19 MPG with all city driving.

Worst I've ever seen was 16.7 with a lead foot. I cant seem to get it to eat gas any faster (thank god!)

prices are 75 cents regular, 85 cents midgrade, 95 cents for premium....that is per litre of gas. So it actually looks cheaper on the signs outside compared to you guys.

To get gallon prices, just multiply by 3.76 (3.76 L = 1 gallon), so it's roughly $3.50 for premium. Oh joy. I can't complain too much though. I pay less for insurance then about 95% of the people on this board.

Last time I was in the USA filling my tank, I thought I had the world's slowest gas pump since the numbers go by sloooooow. After I get used to it and come to Canada, the numbers zing by like lightning.
