swapping gauge cluster 01' and 02' z28's

Can I exchange gauge clusters with a 2001 z28, if so, will my odometer and all the needles be correct? I am buying indiglo gauges from someone, and thought this would be the fastest way.

The mileage will not be correct to your vehicle, other than that they are the exact same thing.

I want the correct mileage, so I guess I can't do that.

The mileage is on the odometer so it will be wrong. There are companies that will adjust it but it's not cheap. Just take your time with the guages, the whole job should only be a couple of hours.
