Stock shocks (what are they)...
OK. Just happened to look under my car this morning and noticed my shocks were yellow and said Bilstein. Is this the normal shock that come with an SS, or is this some additional suspension option? Thanks.

Don't know for sure, but since SLP has a "custom" setup for Bilsteins to buy aftermarket, they most likely are part of the SS package. The stock shocks/struts on a Z28 are DeCarbons (sp). They are orange and crappy!
Im assuming you bought this car used? Cuz...those Bilsteins are an SLP option that had to be ordered with the car, or the previous owner added them aftermarket.
