stock ac delco plugs or ngktr55?

i did a search and looked and looked and didnt find exactly what i was looking for so which are better? is there actually a difference besides the cost?

i put the delco irridium plugs in mine with MSD wires. its just a matter of personal preference i guess. wires cost me $60 and plugs were aound $50. it took about 2 hours to do the job. you'll be bleeding but keep your patience and you'll get it done

the stock ones in mine were AC 41-931 and are platinum i believe. theones i put in are AC 41-985 which are iridium.

$50 bucks for plugs?!! I thought the nkg55 are about $15 plus are better for performance? Oh, are we talking perf or long lasting?

i was told the ACDELCO platinums were the only way to go from Oreilys and I needed them that day. However they are not very forgiving. I have bought the NKGs now and am waiting to install them. Yes $50 is over twice as much as the NKGs. Never heard a bad complaint about the NKGs. I think it comes down to pref as well

Copper conducts better than platinum which conducts better than iridium. Reverse it for the order of which lasts longer. Then choose which you want. IMO $50 for plugs is outrageous. Especially since you'll see no performance gains.
