Question Stall Converter Questions

I just installed a stall converter for a buddy of mine in his 99 T/A WS6. The car shifts about 6-800 rpm under where it did before. Do the shift points have to be messed with using the Hypertech? Anyone else have this situation? Or is that just normal. Also, anything else need to be tweaked after the converter install? I'm an M6 guy, so this automatic stuff is all new to me.

well this certainly did not happen for me and i know its sot supposed to. something sounds odd there...check the tranny fluid and see where its at first...
