Stainless long tubes for $299 on Ebay

Hey guys, has anyone tried these stainless long tube headers sold on Ebay from powerboost29? They look like a pretty nice part, but it sounds too good to be true. Their feedback is decent but I'm not sure how they fit. Here's the link:

remember you always get what you pay for..you'll probably end up with fitment issues...if you want headers for cheap you would probably be better off with pacesetter

Re: Stainless long tubes for $299 on Ebay

My buddy bought some manifolds for his 3000GT off ebay and they were the worst things to put on. Nothing fit and we had to cut sections out of the down pipe and precat eliminate to make it fit. More custom work than anything. I'm not saying this guys stuff won't fit but as stated before you get what you pay for. Be safe and go with a known brand that will fit. eg pacesetter or hooker they are pretty cheap

Yeah, I broke down and bought a set a week ago. I figure, I've got a TIG welder, I'll make them fit. I really like the idea of being stainless from the heads to the exhaust tips. I haven't had a chance to install them but they look awesome!! It looks like they matched a Hooker Super Comp bend for bend. I'm still not sure how they can sell them so cheap. Maybe they've taught sweat shop kids in Cambodia how to TIG weld! I'll update everyone on how they fit once I get them installed. I'm just gathering the rest of the parts for my head and cam swap.

Why don't you guys send a message to a few of the people who bought these headers and see what kind of things they had to deal with/potential problems?

Here's a web site from one of the two sellers of these headers on ebay. They've got some pretty good installed photos.

I got mine from a vendor called powerboost29. They were a little cheaper at $299 and the service was very good.
