Edit: SSCamaro did you have to plug up the front of the air box for the SSRA to work? fast toys said something about having to plug them up. ????

SSRA is an enclosed box for its entire length, whereas a FTRA has a metal flap that directs air the a CIA type piece. I did not have to seal the airbox, but I am going to try it.

SSCamaro when you figure out how to seal the air box. (duck tape is not an option....haha.....jk) please tell me. I cant really think of too much besides couldnt you buy a stock air box of a z28? (they dont have holes do they) and you could replace it with that and it would work. or are the airboxes the same no matter what?

Scott

Oh yeah, where can i get the SSRA?

William you can use the weatherstripping that was included in the SSRA kit to seal the front.
scottslt1z28, I believe all airboxes are the same except for the WS6 which has a bigger opening. Included in the SSRA is weatherstripping already applied around the back and sides of the top box. Another larger piece of weatherstripping is included to seal the front of the box. Email me at ss1le02@yahoo.com and I'll email you a bunch of pics.
