SS Ram Air And FTRA

Well snice I have an SS now it has the ram air hood. Well I am wondering would the FTRA work with the hood or will it mess up the air flow. Should I just stick with one or the other or can I have both.

FTRA completely seals the lid and only grabs air from under the car. www.fasttoys.net/ramairsystem.html

That being said at 100 over mph the FTRA = approx. 1psi of boost. The SS hood is really just for looks, if you really want a performance increase get the FTRA & seal off the front of the airbox lid.

So basically I can only use one of them? I figured if I have both I will just get even more air. Or will having both just mess up the air flow in the lid.

To get the full effect of the FTRA you need to close off the front of the airbox. The SS hood is for looks anyways. Not great for flow.
