Soon to do heads/cam is this worth it?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33625

Is this any good? I am dumb here, but I heard I have to or at least I should replace my timing chain while I've got my motor torn down. Is this part good? Or should I replace timing chain? What all needs to be replaced with heads/cam swap? Thanks.

yes Mavrick, that is the site I am using, and it says to replace timing chain, but do I need the double roller? I am looking for strength, but what are downsides? Is there something I am going to ahve to modify in my motor to make a double roller work? Is there anything I should know or is this a direct replacement? And again, I SHOULD replace my timing chain while I have motor apart right? I'm just trying to do this right.

Depends on how many miles you have. If you have less than 50K I wouldn't bother ... between 50-70K tossup ... more than 70K go ahead and make the change. But on just a routine NA H/C set up, putting in a new stock chain should be fine.

I'm at 62K miles now. So I take it I should replace chain, but do I replace with double roller or regular?

Just a single. I'm running a high strength single chain with the origional gears.
