Right after my swap I had a small coolant leak (which is now fixed) and that was no big deal. I've had to add coolant a couple times now but have never noticed it actually BURNING any. So is my block cracked or what? If it is I will be super pissed.

Negative on both of those. Its confusing as to why it would be doing this. I found a brake stand video where a nice big puff of white comes out the exhaust right when I got on it. I'll see if I can post it somewhere.

Re: so is my block cracked?

might be a slow coolant leak. Unnoticeable unless you're really looking for it.

Pull the plugs and look for 1 that's cleaner than the rest. If one is cleaner, then it's probably a head gasket.
