Does anyone know if they make headers for the 99z's that are smog legal in CA. If so what is a good price?

 

Only true smog legal are shorties. Hooker, JBA, and maybe Edelbrock

 

Where could you find any of those for a decent price?

You can get the JBA shorties from them for $500. They have excellent customer service and they ship same day in many cases when the part is in stock. I'd check ebay first though and maybe do a search in Google.
