SLP Subframe Install (need help!)
Ok, after looking at these bolt-on subframe connectors and all that is envolved with installing them, I'm seriously thinking I need to have them installed somewhere. Where should I take them???? I dont have body shops around here, just retail muffler and brake places like a carx, midas, tiresplus and whatever... I thought about checking how much the chevy dealership would charge. Help!

It's too bad you don't live by me, this should be of some help http://users3.ev1.net/~cnl1/firehawk/subframe/index.htm . If you want e-mail me your phone number, I can give you a call and probably answer any questions you have about the install.

I've helped install SLP bolt ons before and it wasn't hard. Only thing we ran into is a little trimming on one heat shield and making one mounting hole a little larger. If you have access to a drive on lift I recommend doing it yourself. I have boxed BMR's and had them welded at a local muffler shop. Call around for the best price if you decide to have a shop do it.
