silver anniversary SS?

silver anniversary SS?
Yesterday, I saw a truckload of brand new SS convertibles going north on I-75 through cincinnati. The strange thing is they were all silver with black tops and they all had the anniversary wheels that the red 35th's have. Anyone know what these were?
