Should I Go From A 78mm Intake/TB To A 90mm?

How do I determine if I could benefit from a 90mm intake and throttle body over the 78mm Fast intake and TB I have now.

I have ran the car in the 1/4 and it has gone 12.3 at 110 on Eagle F1 Street Tires). The 1/8 goes by at 90mph. I am wondering if it is needing more air on the top end? The car put down 400RWHP and 379RWTQ. and the car ran a little rich at 12.0 all the way across.

Vehicle Mods Are In My Signature.

So, how do I determine if I could benefit from the 90mm over the 78mm?

Thanks for your help.

Bill

you won't see any real gains. bigger TBs are only really useful with forced induction.

I think that you will probably pick up 5-10rwhp up top. If you upgrade to a bigger cam, it might be even more than that. I'm kicking around getting the FAST 90mm TB/intake, but the cost is insane.
