That might be the only reason I could ever see for buying a clear lid. Well, I guess you could see when it's time to change your filter without popping it as well.

 

They make a clear everything now..when I was looking around for my rear end cover a few weeks ago, I found a clear one.

I was about sold on a dry nitrous kit till I got busted street racing... I lost all motor-vation to mod the car or even drive it for that matter for about two weeks.

I've passed my nitrous phase. Sorry Nitrous Dave, I don't think I'll be needing that kit... Didn't mean to lead you on. Lost interest in n2o.

Thanks guys, that is the main reason I bought the MTI clear lid was to see for myself and let others see what is actually going on under the lid. I had a machinest make some tabs to "deflect" the spray patteren towards the throat of the lid..... a 70* nozzel looks like it would bounce/deflect off the back of the lid using them in the holes I have already cut into the lid.
