Mine is starting to come off in the upper right corner due to my fidgiting of it. Anywany, I tried to look at it and see how the thing is attached and all I am left with is a plastic bar and a alot of leather. Any suggestions?

 

Unscrew the shift ****. Pull the leather and the plastic ring off and go buy a new one an pop it on.

 

no its the boot part thats coming off in the corner. Its fine under the shift ****. Thanks anyway

 

Is the ring tabs broken off or the leather slits ripped? I replace my vinyl one along with a new ring and got a afterthoughts real leather boot. Looks great.
