SFC's for vert, opinions or options?

Here's the deal, I'm gettin FLP longtubes (which I can't stop thinking about) for my LS1 A4 Z28 vert. I'm gonna stick with the race pipes, but the questions is that I'm wondering if the y-pipe will fit under the x-brace. I started the buy the SLP longtubes (but not good with my pro-kit)and y-pipe which I already have (for sale) and also have the SLP cross brace which replaces the x-brace, so the (SLP)y-pipe and headers will fit. What I need to know is, can I use the SLP cross brace with the FLP system? Better yet is there an aftermarket SFC that I can use that will not clash with the pipes?

...confused yet? well I am...

I'm not willing to drive my car without any kind of brace or SFC. Has anyone, and I mean anyone encountered this issue.

...Flp was contacted on this issue and they said they have install a unit on my type of car but had to remove the x-brace. That's all the info I got.

..Thanks for any input on this matter

Mike

The SLP Y pipe will not fit under the X brace. SLP does make some strange x brace replacement that will enable the aftermarket Y pipe to fit.

I question if the optional Y pipe gives you much additional HP.

huh...

..I think you misunderstood me, or maybe I just explained my question wrong. I do have the "SLP" cross brace which is made to work with SLP headers and y-pipe. My question is will that SLP cross brace work with the FLP headers and y-pipe? Because I know for a fact that it won't work with the stock X-brace.

Thank you anyway....
