Lightbulb SES light

I posted about my SES light coming on after putting on my SLP LT, I went to Autozone and they said it was heater o2 senser bank one and o2 sensor bank two. A day later the light went off as I was going over to a friends house, I hook up his LS1 scanner and took it on the interstate @ WOT it read 929 which my friend said was a little rich. Sunday I put on the o2 sims off my friends 98-00SS no light now tonight the light is back on!! I check the o2 sensor wires nothing has been burned. I even unpluged the battery to reset the computer, still on. Could it be do to the car runing so rich? do I have to have o2 sims for a 02z? HELP

My SES light came on a few weeks ago. I took it to AutoZone and got P0172 Running too rich bank 1, P0175 Running too rich bank 2. It shut off after he took the scanner off, then came on like 5 days later, went back off after a drive and hasn't been on since.

I talked to a mechanic and he said that sometimes the diagnostics go on the frits and this happens, but bring it in if it stays on for more than 2 days.

So I dont think there's anything to worry about.

Those OBD II cars seem to throw a code if you open the window too fast. As long as it doesnt stay on , it should be alright.
