rubber hose on 2002 intake

Hey guys. I noticed that the small hose going into the passenger side of my intake is dry cracked. I'm assuming its a vaccuum hose. Has anyone else had this problem and maybe have the part #? Thanks.

its the air pump hose.

cut it short and put a small filter from the auto store on it, and plug the hole in the lid.

Home Depot has a good selection of that diameter hose.
