just had slotted/drilled rotors and cerami pads put on the FRONT and rear rotors turned/new pads.
1.) noise right out of the parking lot as the service guys told me for a period of 100-200 miles. Is this correct? they need to "seat" or some crap like that.
2.) LS1's have been known to warp, but the tech said the rear just needed turning. fronts were pretty bad and replaced - - is the known PROBLEM for the fornt rotors mainly?
3.) Finally, I have actually seen some post in here that were UN-favorable of slotted/drilled performance rotors and would like to see the NEGATIVEs about these since I now have them....
By the way, any guesses what all this cost me when I should have probably gone to AutoZone and gotten those $ 38 rotors and done it myself?
