But retro, don't spend too much money on them. Z06s are a steal, some how they cost less than C5s. I wouldn't get the ZR71s cause they are "yesterdays news" also depends on the look u want ur car to have.
Hey zoom, you don't happen to have any pictures do you? I was going to recommend the C5s as they're what I hope to get next summer; I have a thing for nice 5-star rims. Just curious on how they look on our cars, let me know if you have some pics, thanks.

I have had a bunch of different OEM wheels on my T/A:
2002 WS6 wheels
Grandsport 17x11's all around
Firehawk wheels
2001 Camaro SS wheels
And of course:
OEM 16" chromies

I still own and use the Firehawks (street) and Grand Sports (race).

be interesting to see how a lightweight 5 spoke 17x10 with 275's, or maybe even 17x10.5 with 275's would handle like.. with the lil extra width of the rim keeping the tire a bit more square..

Thanks for all the input people. I had bought 275/40/ZR17 BFGs g-Force KDWs mounted on chrome Z06 rims this afternoon. The rims are reproductions of course.

Just last week I had an Eibach Pro-kit with Bilsteins installed. I ordered the tires and rims while I was waiting on the install. I really like the ride, very flat and solid. I have only driven it home since the whole package was install. But it's all good.
